Dr Lynn Chiang

Dr Lynn Chiang is a specialist Geriatrician who completed her physician training throughout Sydney, including Sutherland, St George and Liverpool Hospitals.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) with clinical distinction award from the University of Tasmania and progressed to obtain her Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
Dr Chiang is also a Conjoint Associate Lecturer for UNSW School of Medicine and continues to assist in the education of prospective doctors in-training. 

Dr Chiang is a strong believer in healthy ageing. She provides a patient-centered approach in her care and believes in maintaining independence and quality of life in older adults. She is able to provide consultations in the clinic, via Telehealth conference, or conduct in-person home visits and/or nursing home visits.

Dr Chiang provides consultations for:

  • Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA)
  • Cognitive assessment, diagnosis and management of cognitive impairment/dementia
  • Management of Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD)
  • Falls management and prevention
  • Frailty, sarcopenia and malnutrition
  • Bone health and fracture prevention
  • Medication and polypharmacy management
  • Advance care planning

She speaks English and Chinese Mandarin fluently.
